From 5/25 (Sat) to 6/16 (Sun), “Shinshu Nakano Rose Festival” will be held in Ippongi Park in Nakano City. During this period when 3,000 roses of 850 kinds are blooming, there will be “Nakano Rose Photography Contest”, a concert by Ms. Ouchi Asuka, a violinist, a special exhibition of “Happy Rika-chan Exhibition” as the 30th anniversary event and so on.
